Nola Masterson has served on Public Boards, Private Boards and Non Profit Boards. She has P&L experience, financial and SOX experience, and has served as a CEO and a Division Manager. She has experience on private company boards as a venture capital investor. Experience as a teacher has led Nola to understand board work under very stressful circumstances, and during exciting times. Nola has attended the Stanford Law School Board of Directors College and multiple NACD trainings for audit, compensation and governance. She is current in SEC requirements and belongs to The Chairman's Group on Linked In. |
